Walmart is planning own cryptocurrency
Walmart is planning their own crypto currency and getting ready for the digital race.On December 30th 2021 they submitted 7 separate applications to the U.S. patent and trademark office and they are all going in that direction.
It seems that the company is seriously preparing to sell digital products in style of NFTs and even to implement their own digital currency.
Introducing your own crypto currency could be even more interesting than “just” selling the new digital products. It could mean that they are preparing their own eco system.
If such big players like Walmart step into the market this way, it could seriously push the trend.
