Walmart has recently launched what they call a “Supercampus” virtual experience within Roblox

This free-to-play adventure takes place on the Roblox platform and is designed to gear up for the back-to-school season. The game incorporates coins that users cannot purchase; they can only be earned through gameplay and participation in various activities. These coins serve as a means to unlock upgrades that grant enhanced super abilities. Importantly, these coins are entirely distinct from real currency and hold no value for acquiring physical products.

The primary audience for this experience is the younger demographic, which forms a substantial portion of Roblox’s player base. This strategic move effectively acquaints the new generation with Walmart, laying the foundation for early brand awareness.
