Many fashion retailers are just publishing thrir own NFT collections. Forever 21 is going in a different, but at the same time very interesting direction. Based on Roblox, they developed some kind of game where players can develop their own virtual store. The best thing is, the players can sell real merchandise in those virtual stores.
Actually the players will be something like franchiser, they will open the store, buy products from Forever 21 and then sell them.
Their Metaverse will be called Forever 21 shop city. In order to promote, many famous influencers will be hired. Some of them are Shaylo and the Sopo Squad.
This is definitely a fun idea and also a great way to extend their product portfolio and to expand in the totally new digital world.
