About You launches NFT platform
The German online fashion retailer About You is launching a new NFT fashion platform dubbed Hypewear.
Usually Germany retailers are more conservative, they wait to see first, how trends are developing. In the mean time they are developing great strategies. Maybe this is the sign for German retail to start releasing those prepared strategies.
Anyways – About You did it.
In order to attract new customers, each new customer receives a free NFT.
We did it as a test.
But the feature is not completely ready by now.
What is done very nicely is the opportunity to buy NFTs even for customers who don’t have digital wallets and cryptocurrencies yet.
They can buy NFTs simply in fiat currency like they are used to from other online shops.
