Wow Bao is expanding its Web3 strategy

Wow Bao, a fast casual Asian brand, is expanding its Web3 strategy by introducing digital CollectaBaos alongside its points-based Bao Bucks loyalty program.

This move is part of Wow Bao’s commitment to embracing technology and pioneering innovations in the dining experience.

“We have always been a pioneer in enhancing the dining experience with technology, forging a path for today’s innovations to become mainstream, ” says Geoff Alexander, President and CEO at Wow Bao.

Wow Bao started in 2003 in Chicago. Tioday they are running around 700 locations across the US.

The new elements of their web3 strategy included NFT-based extension of the Bao Bucks programm and the launch of metaverse vending machines.

Customers can purchase CollectaBaos, gaining access to the Hot Buns Club and enjoying benefits such as discounts, double Bao Bucks points, and chances to win additional CollectaBaos and free meals.

Wow Bao has collaborated with NFT artist MANOVERMARS to create the digital art for these collectibles.

The company’s foray into the digital collectible space demonstrates its dedication to exploring innovative technologies and attracting new customers.

Wow Bao has partnered with Devour for Web3 ordering and Flaunt for minting Digital CollectaBaos and integrating them into the Bao Bucks Rewards program.
